If you're my coworker that is full of hate and makes remarks about others then you should be fired.
I feel like the old timers here are ganging up on me to get me fired. I get along with my supervisor but the other workers have issues because I am trying to train them and they do not like to listen. They need to understand the hierarchy and accept it for what it is. Now everyone needs to know their place in this puzzle I can not help I am one of the corners that is most important.
Supervisors get no respect. The employees need to learn their place and work to make the company great.
All I can say is chaos. It is like this every day.
You better give more than a 100 percent if your going to keep your job. Or at least look like you are. I sure do you have to do what you have to do to get with the program. Now off to make another few dollars.
I just quietly do my work at my bench. The new supervisor expects every employee to give 150% but I can only give what I can. Too many unrealistic expectations working in these conditions. They just don't have a clue.

Things will turn around now with the new president. Things are picking up here and we can handle triple the work we have now. We are ready to take on more work for the betterment of the company. wh has the greatest shop employees who will work to get it done.

How many are left? What does West Hardy do? What types of positions were cut? Field guys, machinists, engineers, business people? Is the building empty or mostly empty?
