Sorry, but the deadwood, especially management, are very good at saving themselves. They only need one or two ICs to do most of the work and 2-3 levels above can take credit. That's the Intel way.

ACT2 10 -15K in 2017 coming as 10nm goals and schedule need to be covered as it is missing on everything and all 14nm
ACT3 25-30k as 10nm goals are missed and BK in desperation cuts all the new initiates.
ACT3 BK goes with another 20k as x86 is split and sold and TMG is auctioned of for cents on the dollar.
