In case transfer to another team during RIF, he/she can still get the package?

If you accept another position within Oracle you are ineligible for a severance package.

You are so greedy! want a job and a package?, you are lucky if you can find one job to transfer to.
Many others could not get one. Ask yourself If one wants to trade the package for the job, would you trade it?
