Once Qualcomm acquires NXP automotive, it will be a monopoly. NXP acquired the primary competitor of Qualcomm in automotive, which was Freescale, and Qualcomm acquired NXP. No other competition in automotive. TI is out and intel has no market share. This is an antitrust monopoly and the layoff of American workers will lead to unfair trade practices and loss of American jobs.
