It was bound to happen. I finally googled "sears s---s" on a company terminal during my 9 day/ 90 hour campaign of reproach. I found this...

I like it and I hope you will too. I immediately printed out a couple of copies, wasted some of Eddie's toner and Ink and folded a copy in half. I am thinking Xmas cards for my friends in Appliances. They will laugh their asses off and all it needs is some festive photo shop work.
The fun will not end there however because in the Auto Shop we have a prison cell for an employee break room. The cell does however have a huge message board with all sorts of outdated info on who to call. One phone number listed is ILlinois 6-4630. (OK, you have to be pretty old to get that joke but a long time ago there were no such things a-- ten digit phone numbers.) No one has ever heard of any of the people who you are supposed to call if you need help or have a question. I think this jail cell bulletin board needs an update and one of my hard copies will be unceremoniously posted there just to see if anyone notices it.
More mischievous fun can be had I think. Just don't let management catch you. Oh wait, I am a manager and I am encouraging this sort of stuff and there is a reason why: because I can. I am only encouraging this sort of meme for employees to use on each other in a discreet way that is funny and poignant yet true. It sends a message to other associates that you do care about them on a personal level. If you can make your fellow associates smile and laugh it just makes things a little stressful for a while.
How many times a day does the average Sears(K-mart) associate have to apologize for something that is beyond their control? That takes a toll on all of us. I suggest some friendly hijinx. Don't let Eddie s--- your creativity from you.
