If you live in a right to work state, the mention of unionizing is grounds for termination.

I know someone who is in this union; worked for Boeing. He just retired. He has retiree health plan coverage. He pays a whopping $40 a month. Care to compare that with Honeywell's benefits?
It's bad either way just a different pit to live in. Why pay to work and give up all your choices to a union boss?
