I am earnings 132k as base . I will mostly get out perform this year. I joined in grade 6 with 108k. Is 132k above average salary. I am trying to negotiate 8 to 10% hike.

GR8 sorry to burst your bubble but significantly salary overlap between grades. You are on the low side, really low 😂
OP is a troller - that is too high for the Grade 7 range - I was grade 8 midway (Q2) and earned $120K base - OP needs to move out of the depression of Portland liberals...
If your performance is so far above average, and you think you deserve a 10% raise, then you should be telling us where your salary falls on the pay scale. It's really not that difficult to find out.
I ran focal for a large group, salary and raise is total possible and easy to fund.
Time for a promo and another 10% raise!

An 8% raise probably takes the entire focal budget of your group. Good luck with that, and having all your coworkers get zero. If you're that much of a star you should be promoted and saved from the next round of layoffs. Just make sure you're in the right group to survive.
