Senior system engineer QCT salary

Hi folks, I wonder how much should I ask for my base salary as a senior system engineer? I have ms and phd degrees from North America. Besides, I have two years of relevant research experience in a university setting. What would be the range I should look for? 120k-130k per year?

How about bonus and other perks? Thanks for your time on this.

Sr. System Engineer w/ Ph.D. try for ~ $120K base. Increases are only 1-2% per yr. on avg. Bonuses depend on whose butt you kiss & whether you are willing to not have any life. Sign on bonus--depends on whether you are moving long distance & how badly they need your skills. Usually RSUs/options instead of cash. Emphasize skill set rather than degrees, b/c HR hos tend to be snobs who look down on community college & foreign degrees.
