the requirement is to stay until the end of the year. But what happens if you leave early next year before it is paid out?

waves hi to another 'fellow' MMCer
If you're in OR are you going to today's IRO lunch? If so, see if you can find me. ;-P
Clue - I'm not a 'fellow' (guy).

Ditto on the Money Matters InsideBlue group. The members are really helpful and full of insights.
Need to be on pay roll on DEC 31 to get APB, QPB, 401K RC (They get paid on their own schedule, probably all by Feb 1'st week)

and do not know how long to not get ISP (so no block on rentry to intc ! ) :-)
What do you folks think, when is the best time to leave after DEC 31'st ?
I believe it's still owed to you. You could try searching Circuit for your answer. I'm no longer employed there so can't do that for you.
Alternatively, you could try posting your question on the MMC (Money Matters Club) on Inside Blue. The club members are VERY wise! Unfortunately, one of the finance groups decided to create a club with almost the same exact name which tends to confuse people. Look for the IB group owned by Ellen Powers.
