what will happen to the BHI pension plan once we are in partnership w/ GE? GE currently has 401K plan and those that were w/in GE prior to 2010 are grandfathered to the pension plan. Will the pension plans go away?

We don't have a pension plan at BoD. They just move you to the nightshift.
No your benefits stay the same we are still bakerhughes/ the new bakerhughes
