Yes, 3gjx. Odds are good that oil prices will decline a bit more under a Trump administration. I don't think it will crash, but I can see it remaining somewhere in the 40's. That's a good thing for economy in general and for the majority of US citizens. There will be an impact to O&G, but it's all for the better good of our nation.

Well put 1jhp. True, he is not in office yet. But he is already sending tons of signals about how he is going to govern. His administration is going to create a huge swamp of nepotism, corruption and pay for play with endless conflicts of interest everywhere. He is going to create a huge foreign policy mess, get us into new wars, possibly even a third world war. Putin got him elected. A thug he is, he is going to demand favor for favor. He is just waiting for the inauguration day. Putin wants to march into former Soviet republics with the help of his American puppet. Of course, Trump internationals will spring up in Moscow and Petersburg, yada yada. Trump and his family, and his wealthy cabinet may be the only winners. God save America, God save this world.

I will wait until Trump's 4-year term is over before I judge his administration of our government. You should do the same.

@1hoh, only under a Trump administration. We can now begin to prosper as a country with Trump as President. He will bring common sense and nationalist pride that is needed. I strongly believe that many of his detractors will come on board and join the movement to making America great again. God bless our country.

OPEC members just signed RECOMMENDATIONS. No obligations to follow the Agreement.
For Non OPEC members is even more optional.
Prices can fall again in upper 40 after winter season or even earlier.
The law of supply and demand meets the law of corruption and greed. What do you expect the non-OPEC countries to do when OPEC countries collude to lower production to raise prices? Sell as much as possible, of course.
