About a few month or so ago, I saw some folks posting the wireless deals that they were able to get from other carriers.
Just watched my bill jump from $230/month for 5 phones to $550/month. Apparently the company continues to stick it to its former long term employees.
Any suggestions for a new carrier?

I switched to Straight Talk. Unlimited talk, text & data for $45/mo per line. Whoever your carrier is now is who you keep. Haven't looked back.
I'm with T Mobile so much cheaper than Verizon and it's literally not that big of a difference. I maybe have had two issues but not enough to justify Verizon's inflated plans
Try an MVNO. Best of both worlds, cheap prices and they use the major carriers networks...

ATT you can watch DirecTV free if u have DirecTV .
T-Mobile always changes the industry so the may be better now ...
But choose ATT a union company .
I have Google Fi and I love it. But it isn't ideal for people that use a lot of data.
I've worked for Verizon for over 5 years. I've kept my AT&T service the whole time because Verizon cannot compete on price even with the employee discount. I'm considering switching, but it would be to either Sprint or T-Mobile. Verizon isn't even in the running. Pretty sad that they don't do a better job of enticing us to use the services we're supposed to all believe in.
Look at Google Fi too. Also, if you need handsets you can find decent deals on the used market, Swappa, Glyde etc.
T-Mobile. I have 3 lines. 150 a month all u can use. Never a problem. Make sure u get a phone w band 12 lte and your golden.
Look for a re-seller
Ringplus is on the sprint network, and is real cheap.
Lycca mobile, is on T-Mobile.

Either TMobile or AT&T. AT&T is preferred if you live in a more suburban or rural area. I switched to AT&T and I am paying less than what I was paying with VzW concessions. All LTE enabled phones can be used since the SIM can be replaced. If you have a non LTE enabled device, a new phone will be required with TMobile or AT&T.
I switched to T-Mobile. 4 lines. $100. 10GB of data (2.5GB per line)
