Alesia Haas to Resign from Sears Holdings (SHLD) Board

On December 12, 2016, Ms. Alesia J. Haas, a director of Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SHLD), informed the Company that she will be resigning as a director, effective December 13, 2016.

No, they are rats. I am a rat too. But I am not leaving because I have to see this for myself. You have to ask yourself when you can see a major US icon retailer such as Sears implode on itself. I have probably seen enough but I think there will be more to see that might surprise me. This is once in a lifetime. This is a changing of the guard on an epic level. Sears dying will change retail big time. Just think of the economics of malls. Sears are anchor stores. Sears made suburbia as it is today.

The game is over now. It is hard to believe but it is true unless eddie loses his mind and hooks ESL into another loan. What is left to buy?

Seritage is out there and PBGC is first tranche on a BK.

This has been going on for years, though the pace does seem to be picking up now that the end is near. Execs take a job at Sears Holdings, look around and see the ongoing disaster, then head for the door. Joelle Maher only lasted a year and a half.
