Do you see how the situation in the USA is degrading and deteriorating in the last 2-5-10 years. And the rate of deteriorating is exponentially growing. With this rate, in a year or two your country won't exist. And the world is going to start normal life and development without poverty wars and terrorism. The world now clearly understands which hands are controlling directing and managing modern day terrorism.

Wow, this thread got way out of hand. I don't know if the OP was just trying to stir the crap, but there is a valid message here. There was an email from corporate management on Dec 14th about 2017 PDC's. It stated, "At the enterprise level, there are no plans for a broader Resource Optimization Management (ROM), voluntary severance or expression of interest initiative." It did have a disclaimer that some smaller organizations may elect to allow voluntary severance.
This is of interest to many in the area where I work. Earlier this year we had the opportunity to express interest in retiring with voluntary severance but we were told to "hang in there, we need you, your job here is secure" etc. Just a few moths later many are us are labeled "Must move" with a last chance of a job being the Spring PDC.
So yes, we did read this with great interest. Now it looks like we'll be "out the door' without the benefit of severance......hope that will not be the case.
