Rosebank fiasco

Rosebank project is dead for the tenth time. I've never seen a project lurch from stop to start so many times in my life. More than ten years of indecision. Chevron Europe seems to be lost.

Sell it....CUE is reaching its best before date anyway. Decom challenges $$$ means best decision is to wind up or go for farm in operator

A lot of oil, but was not clear it was a go at $100 oil...how can you be surprised it is a no go at <$50 oil?

Reason: Chevron still has a cash flow problem. We have no money to lose or take shots in the dark. The casino is now closed. We only have cash for maintaining the commitments we have right now. Rosebank project will be put off until later (or scrapped).
