Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Fraternity college participants destroy BAC. At one time BAC had a rule not to hire fraternity participants. Can you identify these Managers?

A clandestine group of well-heeled males. While they like to call themselves "leaders", in truth, they are nothing more than manipulators and are more then fairly adept at ruining peoples lives. Short on imagination themselves, they hire others to do their thinking for them and are great at taking credit for other peoples work. Unless, of course, the job doesn't go as planned. Then said frat brother cuts his losses and walks. Tremendous deniability. Only friendly to those heads who can advance the brother. A*Hs, every one of them. Occasionally they apologize for being class-one A*Hs, but the moment passes and they go right back to doing what comes naturally. They despise all women, without exception.

I think you all need to get your heads out of your asses and band together like Wells employees have done. At least 5,300 Wells Fargo employees have been fired for ethics violations. That second group of workers, who claim that they played by the rules and were punished for it, are starting to coalesce around two lawsuits that were just filed and that seek class-action status. I believe better is together. Start calling your ex-coworkers who were gamed out like you. The holidays are for giving.

After a layoff, door security will double and managers will normally work offsite for a few. You will be asked to report any unknown faces or terrorists in the building. They will ask you to stop strangers for ID's. They are asking you to sacrifice your life as a non-security professional. The executives or mangers if in the building will run to the stairs as you take the first. Great place to work placing employees at harm. These are spineless people.

One nutcase we still have wanted to line everyone up on the firing line claiming insubordination (gameout).

Needless to say It did not work and made him look like the nut he is.

Where do they come from and how do they get here from out of state.

two-party/all-party consent state, you can’t go into a disciplinary interview with a recorder hidden in your pocket to tape your employer’s s-xual harassment or admission that they set you up. In a one-party consent state, as long as you are in the conversation you can tape it. You can’t stand in the shadows and tape a conversation you aren’t participating in to eavesdrop on what is being said.States that allow one party to consent are many such as North Carolina , South Carolina, West Virginia, New York, Georgia, Georgia and many more. Stick it back on them later with a lawyer.

If you are someone who is being forced into a Promotional accelerated performance plan. You might want to quit because it is a game out. Human resources is helping with the game out.

This means contractors (not bank employees) will be used as part of the business units total grading against bank of America employees. This is another way to help not meet expectations.

I have seen this a few times and do not understand how this is allowed. So much for honor and merit found in the employee handbook. Tape record your managers every word during the process.
