x86 winners in a protected monopoly with no competition for a decade makes them experts and positioned to be winners in everything; mobile phones, tablets, wifi, modems, bracelets, drones, memory, AI, and of course autonomous driving. Dang who cares about being a leader in silicon anymore, that is so old school and unimportant!
