Sold my vested shares last week, price was at a high, so no reason to hold. Those that I sold vested over the past three years, so no 3 mo requirement, at least for mine.

vested options should be purchased within 3 months.
Vested stock is yours to keep. Vested options have to be executed within 3 months I think, maybe sooner. It's not immediate.
