they stand around and text there pals about were there going to get drunk at after work .and complain about the jobs like they are entitled to them.but they want there paycheck even if they don't do anything.

They hired college graduates who don’t know sh--! They let older workers go that KNOW how to run the business. god help you GM don’t look for the government to save you this time - you have p-ss-d evough people off this time.
Quit paying all that overtime to those pigs you might be able to run . most of those guys would stay for free there wives r so ugly they dont want to be home loosers

GM is going to repeat the failures from the past. Management is soooooooo out of touch with what goes on at the mid and lower levels that when car sales drop its a gonna hit the bottom line hard. Who can really afford to buy a $35,000 dollar car now. The lease fleet is creating a humongous bubble. Hold on to your seats people.
GM as overhired in the last 3-4 yrs. 4 people to do the same job as person in Tier 1 supplier, with 20% pay raise. Cant sustain this model forever.
