Going to hit a lot of the development management and upper level managers/directors. A lot of the "nice to have" functions are going away and the CET group is being integrated even more into IT.

If you are in IT, I cannot stress enough how working for an Oil company had clouded my vision.
I loved working for NOV but was laid off, found an IT position quite quickly at a Managed Services company, and it is so much better, with a hell of a lot more prospects.
Thanks to NOV genuinely for the position I held for 15 years, but I certainly wouldn't go back
Any CET people that find themselves laid off next month will probably be able to find new employment rather quickly. Their skill set with oracle & team center is "in demand" out there.
No specifics? I don't think anyone is surprised, now that Karl Pherris isn't there to oversell that groups capabilities and usefulness, they have much less value.
