"There are too many managers", wow !!!! ain't you the clued up kid !!!! You know people ask me sometimes where I got the name Laffalot from, I just tell them I worked for Weatherford and that's enough. You stand back and watch the management busy building their own little ivory towers while the foundations are crumbling all around them. You try to tell them what's happening but they don't want to look out he window because they know they don't have the skill set to even remotely start fixing the problems. So they go on putting plaster over the cracks and we all know there is only a finite amount you can cover with plaster before the cracks get too big to control. That my friends is when the structure begins to fail and while the ones that continue to prosper wander about like flamingos those further down the food chain get fed sh** and are tossed aside to allow the greed of the upper levels to prosper !!!!! It's been coming for years and even if you find some upper management to talk to about it they will hide the issue away and cover up the irregularities, believe me it's all in JDE if you look close enough !!!!
