I am giving up on providing feedback for a change in QC, everyone see the same thing across the whole organization, engineers are getting Lay off and these guys keep going up, does no make sense.....I am really looking for a complete failure and shutdown the company so Upper management can go back and check what happen and learn from their mistakes.

There were both directors & principal engineers let go in the November 2015 layoff. Not enough, but there were some. I suggest you find a company where you can grow into one of these positions so you can make the big money claiming credit for others work.
