Well I am still here so I must be doing something right!!!! I know brown nosing is not what I personally prefer but if I can keep my job then it is what I have to do.
For the good and health of the Company, what part of the solar system do you live in. If they had been looking after the good and health of the Company it wouldn't be in the state it is in !!!! Good and health of lining their own pockets maybe !!!
We are now going through a restructuring of assignments and jobs functionality here at this plant. Some are being promoted and some demoted for the good and health of the company.
We were the lucky ones if you can believe that because we are still employed. Things are changing people are being promoted departments are restructured and more workloads are assigned to us.
Milk it big time, use up all your vacation time, start your job search, don't break a sweat, use up all the sick time you can get, don't tell anyone what or how you do things especially for process improvement, don't believe a word that the scummy execs tell ya, and most of all take an extended lunch and don't stay a minute past your required minimum. It's only a matter of time, be prepared. Hohoho
