The SMB Retail/B2B reorgs what a mess. Does anyone even plan this out before they make changes? Its a total cluster and they have B2B failures heading it up. Instead of firing people they simply move them into another organization to screw things up there.

Former b2b employee- what is the reorg?
What types of SMB/ B2B re-orgs are you guys seeing/ hearing about?
Dont you normally fire Employees that commit Code of Conduct violations? Just a suggestion to Verizon if you have Employees that act in such a s-xual and aggressive manner, you have the right to FIRE THEM.
OP what reorg did you go through? How did it pan out?
I can top both of you: the VP who got drunk at an Award Banquet and was s-xually aggressive to a subordinate? Apparently this wasnt the first time, it was well documented that he had been after this woman. So he went to rehab to keep his job disguised as "surgery".
Or the Business Leader who told his people to lie about activations so he could look like he was meeting his metrics???????
The fear of firing the person who should be fired seems to be a common thing within VZW. I knew of a woman the s-xually harassed males under her and she got promoted, oh and the guy who freely oogled women in the office and commented on their "assests" took multiple complaints to finally get rid of him ( I am talking years ).
