Told you so.
It's likely okay to mention public figures, public information, and your opinion of what they are doing. For instance, there are threads here about specific executives leaving the company, which is verifiable information. The line got crossed in this thread when the poster claimed to be relaying the opinion of one of these former execs on the future of the company. The mass exodus of executives is a bad sign (IMO) but I can't claim to know anything about their individual situations. The website risks a libel suit if it allows such comments to be posted.
You can find the site content rules somewhere at a bottom of the page. As far as I could understand, naming names, trolling and bulling (and using derogatory language in general) is not allowed. I suppose they tolerate mentioning C-suits, as they are already public figures, but I avoid it just in case. Wouldn't like my IP get banned for it.
I'm confused on the name rule here. I've seen the names Eddie and Lampert on here all the time and the names of execs that have resigned so what is the actual rule so I don't accidentally break it?
Yes. I'm sorry. It is for the best that the people not know the full truth. The truth hurts.
No naming names, bro, site rules. Admins remove all your posts and block your IP.
Some posts are missing from this thread.
Wow, what a bunch of Sherlocks at corporate. It's over.
