Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Bank of America places employees in harm’s way.

BAC cost cutting savings shifts possible death to employees at satellite locations.

After a layoff management announces “you as a valued employee” need to

Patrol the halls and doors asking for badges. You have swallowed the Koolaid?

While you have protected management, you now face the consequences of a plausible death situation to yourself. If the incident goes wrong management will run to the stairs and will be back home with their family that night. Perhaps instead MGT will work from home while you patrol halls.

Where are you on the food chain? We hire dumb employees.

It sure beats the artificial sense of security provided by some of the guards we used to employ - some were so frail, old, fat, etc. that only an idiot would feel "safe" with them at their post. I don't think it should be the employee's job to patrol the halls but I always thought the rent a cop guards we had were ridiculous. I actually had to wake one up one day when I forgot my badge and needed to sign it. They remind me of the "security monitors" in all those commercials.

Immediately tell the stranger they are looking for the head of the department "name". Then help them with the location of office or cube, take a right then a left, walk to an early lunch. HA HA
