Today new broke out. the recent request for volunteer reduce in force has approved, just before Christmas. Yes many volunteer, because there is a filling that the HQ Directors or filling their pockets. My thoughts is that the DOD is very difficult. Parts orders are low, Manufacturer Leader rushing Quality. We take care in what we make in USA. My heart goes out to all would have been approved for RIF, I wish you the best in the future. As for Furlough 2016 had July and September 2 weeks of furlough. Facility was asked to reduce labor in half for each week. Early 2017 has a buzz that another furlough coming when the volunteer reduce of force people are laid off. Once again I wish you all the best in the future.

I would copy and paste the acceptance email. But I want to keep it professional.
Dear ,
Your request to be considered for selection in the current Honeywell Aerospace involuntary reduction-in-force (RIF) has been reviewed by the business and has been accepted. Your last day of work .........week in which employees who have not self-nominated are notified of the RIF.
All I can say it that they miss wrote the template letter. ..Dear... and Involuntary, when you actually volunteered due to the furlough kings. The is a possible layoff of other to reduce expenses.
They are looking at a different strategy of reducing, temporarily getting paid for 36 instead of 40, 1/2 day Fridays or every other Friday off instead of full week furloughs which was killing the sites.
Pleez dunt post anymore
