Recent reports indicate that Honeywell Aerospace is selling many of their assets, not sure what is up, maybe bracing for large buyout or major dismantling of the businesses. All these decisions are going on in the closed area on the 3rd floor of the Sky Harbort building (M&A group).
Tempe - Building 1207 is up for sale (dislocating thousands of Honeywell employees and with no work from home options, may will leave for more stable companies)
Tucson - Two Building up for sale the admin building and the delapidated lunch building. Celestac taking over Tucson capmus refused to invest in buildings (rumor they will move production out to a yet undisplcosed loaction in the future) Many already leaving Tucson, a ghost town after Prouse laid off hundreds just prior to the celestica agreement
Phoenix - (34th and Sky Harbor) Yet to be defined building to be offered up for sale as well as the engine and apu business itself
Deer Valley - TBD
Glendale - TBD
Rocky Mount & South Bend - TBD
Clearwater - TBD
All in all, it may be best to be one of the ones sold off, as any other company will be a better more stable future than the one Honeywell employees have now.
Question is will disgruntled emplouyees affect Honeywells ability to sell buildings. Will new buyers be fearful of subjectign any businesses to failign corporate dogma. who if emplyees talk of disturbing issues in these buildings?
How Honeywell expects to profit off the backs of employees and also ask the employees to help them do so is incredulous
