Oh, and there was workday at that time. Punch detail was done on physical yellow cards kept in a binder. Which the TLS kept at their desk.

The TL who received bonuses from the labor pool was/is best pals with jm. When he went over to P street he took half of the Arlington team leaders. He took great care of them. That PBS could win this lawsuit for them alone.

If there is a limit on tl bonus it must be region to region. Years ago in my region we were told the regional vice pr side to reviewed any bonus ober 250 from a report pulled for them, not sure if that is still the case. I can confirm a tl cannott bonus themslves. Workday is set up to physically Block anyone from entering or approving their own bonuses and regional Tms gets alerted on all requests

Cracks me up french guy.... lol.... he still with company so he is not on lawsuit. Any how tl can not give themselves bonuses only stl can. Well how bout they look into that and ask why tl got huge bonus if thats the case. Highly doubt it though unless they were buddies w the stl. Hmmm i guess some were in the 9 bunch. I think the limit is $100. Any one can confirm the limit of bonus for TLs?

True! But the STL can give you a bonus out of your labor pool. I have seen it happen. I have seen it on labor reports (not gainsharing think flash) I have been a TL at several stores as well. In the MA it's ask no questions as long as things look great, and if things are going great send other ASTLs and STLs to see how the good ones do things. No questions asked. They just looked the other way. These reports are being complied, and approved by numerous people regionally!

I've never seen that at any store I've worked at as a tl. You cannot just hand out large bonuses to yourself as a tl.

The STLs move around so much. It has happened everywhere in the MA. Another thing I remember seeing on gainsharing, when we were close to missing. Large bonuses for the team leader! The PBS was against it, and he forced her.

I have to agree with one of the posters below. It is well known you do not mess with labor. Having a shift leader work under admin labor is the correct way to do it. There is nothing wrong with transferring labor if that person worked in another department. It looks like the fired group transferred or shifted labor on to teams without having them work over there. Anyone in leadership knows this is wrong and will get you in trouble.

Who is the lawyer for handling this lawsuit I want in, anyone know??

It does affect the STLs. If a team misses labor, it hits the store's overall balance sheet which drives their bonus. This is where it is theft from the company which is why they probably got in trouble. If they only stole from the TMs, they wouldnt have gotten in trouble...

I believe this is an isolated incident. It was well known in the North Atlantic region that you never manipulate the labor percentage between teams. Although, it may be a good idea to reiterate the policy at your next regional leadership meeting. By the way, the store manager has very little to gain in the manipulating other than trying to make sure every team makes payroll. An efficient . Store manager should always have a handle on each teams labor weekly. Th store manager can see two weeks ahead if there is an issue with a payroll deficit. NEVER CHANGE THE LABOR%!!!!!!!

Does anyone have proof of this? Where can we find it?

They need to go after and fire Nicole. This goes deeper than just punching in under different departments, and if 9 stls were doing this, someone at the top knew about it, or encouraged it. I'm so glad I left earlier this year.

I figured they would have fired the current Georgetown STL. Especially since he is the main STL in this lawsuit. And he is definitely guilty.

if you want to join the class action lawsuit, contact Salvatore Zambri, he is the lawyer. Finally, WFM will pay to all TMs they have screwed over the years.

This happened in our Northern California store under the direction of the then STL. Individual hired to Admin team but worked in Whole Body. Just the way it was.

As a note, I said French name because I'm not sure if you're allowed to write peoples names. In retrospect, he may be Portuguese? Nice enough guy, but gross business practices!

I am a former p street TM. This labor practice was happening monthly there. Starting with the STL with the French name. I remember several times telling TMs to punch in under other departments, while continuing to work in their home dept. And loosing my own surplus to other teams. How do I get in on this lawsuit!????
