An external third party company will perform audits to identify contribuidors / not contribuitors and reduce the headcount, directors & principals will be on first round, managers second, senior staff next and so on, if you are one of those paper pushers or someone who speak using somebody's ideas is better for you to quit now otherwise you will fired and you will be exposed.
