Intel has ✋ 😊 😊 many good leaders and managers too. Or have potential to be. I come across many in my Intel dealings including in my organization. They may have just lost direction, discipline and control. With time, hard working and motivated employees assimilate into the Intel bad environment.

Intel is overloaded with too much un-necessary waste and must go lean by reducing people in order to bring proper alignment and transformation in all it's employees. Anyone who is not able to adapt to a changing Intel must be rid off. Read case studies and examples of Change Management and how various corps were able to. 😐 😐 😐 I had to in MBA organizational management. It is done by hook or by crook.

Nothing worse than having non-committed employees ...and a company being indecisive or only making half-hearted efforts to achieve its corporate mission.

I have inside connections at some of the companies mentioned above 😐 😐 😐their managers are no saint or miracle performers. It is a collective and collaborative effort to create a performing work environment.
