lots of CAPS, but not much accuracy, If an unemployed has used up their unemployment pay, but looks for work, they are considered unemployed. Dropped out of the labor force, those who quit looking for work altogether, they aren't counted. So, rate is very much a farce, but let's keep the facts straight.

Unemployment rate is BASED on the Number of people collecting UNEMPLOYMENT....... if they've used up their benefits....... then they are NOT COUNTED in the Percentage !! 5% NO WAY..... LOOK around you at the people you know who have had lost their jobs in 2016 and are NOW still unemployed... however they've RUN OUT OF UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS!!

Yeah, just like Obama delivered un-employment below 5% at least when you don't count those that aren't looking, a blazing economy - when you consider just how well the money on alternative energy sources was spent, spectacular GDP hitting almost 1%, companies are just so happy to lay people off knowing they can find work elsewhere! Oh yeah they'll have to move to India to get their same job just with lower pay.
