to whoever came up with this brilliant scam. Students not ready for college but they get ca$h. Teachers not to good but good enough and gettin paid. CEos and corporate types scoring bank. Happy new years lets keep it going in 17!!!

I spanked it, then wiped some spewge on all the cookies at our party.
I think University of Phoenix was the first one then others copied their college model.
