Lies... I'm sitting next to you in the unemployment line!
Well that's not true that non profits won't hire EDMC. I am sitting in a training class right now for a MAJOR non profit university and there are 8 of us in here from EDMC. We all got out when we realized what was really going on and what a mess it is there. Good people from South, Argosy, and the Art Institutes that want to make a difference for a major state school and actually HELP people. Not bleed them dry.
This is just the beginning. There will be more to come after Nov. 8.
The good news is there are jobs out there. Not in for profit Ed. but who wants that anyway.
Non profits won't hire you with EDMC on your resume if your in academics, finance or administration but they will hire you if your in admissions.
Lots of for profit corporations at fine with educators from for profits and they're hiring.
