most experienced skilled employees are leaving oracle because hurd, catz and ellison don't care about the people who made oracle what it is. they think romanian and indian will do the same job while being less expensive. Replace experienced Engineers, from all around the world with juniors ones, and expect they'll do the same job ! What a bunch of morons are running oracle !!!
