One correction Mr.Hawn works for an equity firm not a VC. A VC will want to grow a company while a private equity firm wants to tear down a company to increase revenue.

Hawn is like a merc called in by an equity firm to being the tear down process.

Typical. Dead and dieing companies reorg themselves into the grave. It will be interesting to see if ,after yet another reorg, Quest-DSG-new Quest will see growth or this time next year be reorganized again with yet another new and "exciting" plan for a come back.
