Who cares anymore. With all the benifit changes reduction in severance, in Vacation, retirement, WFH, dental, no raises, no MIP, Who care just get all the $$$ you can and screw rhem. No notice just leave
Hey, guy who wants to know if he can keep working from home because 'a lot of people (are) not following' the new standards: it's people like you, who think they are smarter than everyone else and that the rules don't apply to them, that ruined WFH for the rest of us. Thank you so much for that! But the good news is, anyone who chooses to blatantly disregard the new policy can be terminated for employee misconduct. What's even better is that employers don't give you severance, and you are not eligible for unemployment, when you are fired for conduct violations. So even though I don't agree with the new policy, I do agree with firing anyone who thinks they can work from home when every other employee has to come in.
You guys are worried way too much. Who the hell cares if they check in on us like we are in middle school. They can do whatever the f they want. Bottom line is...if they don't like the way we work they can get rid of us and no problem. We find something better. F this company and it's clueless brainless leadership. They don't own us.

Friend and coworker died of a sudden heart attack. I'm getting out before stress of Honeywell kills me too.
I'm WFH but not whole days. Thursdays I have 5 hours of telecons beginning at 8. The night before I am holding telecons with India until midnight. When telecons are over I drive in to work for another 3 hours. Previously I spent the rest of that day WFH and it was probably an extra 5 or 6 hours, not 3.

What happened to work from home change policy?
Is it being enforced?
I see no one was approved
But a lot of people not following it
So can they catch you if you continue working from home assuming your manage is ok with it
