Once you are senior staff you just collect status in most of the teams. So compared to work you do it will be infinite hike.

Every promotion has a base increase of 8% but could vary depending on where your current pay is in your range. If you are under the midpoint in your range you could get more than 8%. I once got a 18% promotion but I was way underpaid and I had to push for it.
