Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Armageddon is coming with ARM severs!

Samsung and TSMC are ramping 10nm which is better than intel 14nm , and have 7nm on tap next year which will be better than intel 10nm if it even arrives in 2017 at all.

ARM severs in 2017 are real and in 7nm in 2018 will be competitive on performance and beat intel for power and value. Intel will be dropping prices so the assumption in this article don't even account for the MS battle that will bust intel margins

X86 volume continues to drop and server loses 25 MS and prices plummet, Armageddon for x86 and intel. Like IoT and commodity memory and modems will rescue the company.

Are you ready for the ACTs of Armageddon?

As a follow up to -uap, first there was the movie, "Olympus Has Fallen", then it's sequel, "London Has Fallen". The latest sequel will be "Intel Has Fallen". Lol.

@Ke9EuKL-kii For people who know they know intel has lost the war. Like Rome it may not fall overnight but its rule is all but over. Gone will soon be the profits. Gone already is the process lead. Gone under BK is any relavance or influence.

Intel will go like IBM of the 80s into irrelevance, like IBM huge losses but unlike IBM likely Intel won't be around in 20 years. It will be split and gone like DEC and SUN, epitaph to bad leadership of CRB, PSO, and BK!

ARMy will sell billions of processors in phones and a host of micro controllers pretty much if it computes these days it is with ARM. Virtuos cycle that intel likes to talk so much was fumbled and recovered by TSMC and Samsung. Intels attempt to recapture will be about as successful as the POWER was.

ARM is the present and future technology. TSMC has it right. Forget Intel. Nobody trusts Krzanich. He has been an utter failure and customers see it. Poor Intel employees will be out on the streets shortly, battling each other for the few remaining pieces of bread.

Software hard been in the development for about a decade already, same thing skeptics said about x86 two decades ago

Two decades ago ARM just started... Do you get the idea? INTEL is ship wreck going forward until it sinks... Especially since few years ago GOOGLE started developing ARM server silicons. :-)
