Look at Salesforce or Workday. Much better products and better company. They actually care about their customers and employees.

I am a customer, we have HFM, ERP Financials, and quite a bit of Oracle databases for our custom apps. We've acquired a multiplication dollar company (non US) and were considering NetSuite as an ERP solution there - we have to move them as they are on a legacy custom ERP and we have compliance and regulatory issues now.
Anyhow, there is no way in hell we'll go with NetSuite if Oracle acquires them due to bad experience we had with Oracle - this relates to Oracle's customer service, product issue and the overall pricing structure which we found to be outrageous.
I know this is not a forum for comments like this but wanted to share my angle as well.
Despite my personal lack of lover towards Oracle I wish every one of you on this forum all the best and I hope the layoff axe avoids you.
