As soon as the arbitration clause is done away with, EDMC is done. They'll have to shut down and declare bankruptcy to avoid the lawsuits

The DOE will pull the plug on all questionable for-profit schools by the end of the year. Obama has waged war on these schools and will force them to close before e leaves office. If Trump wins Obama will pull the plug on ALL for-profits before he leaves.

Shut down yes, but bankruptcy is unlikely if they're going to skirt that option by simply merging with another company under another name
