Better to refuse to complete the survey? Or show the county exactly how difficult HW is making it to reduce travel? Thoughts?

The county doesn't have any mechanism to care if you do or don't do the survey or what you put on it... they will just keep making the group do it until they get their %.
By not doing it you are just making more work for some contractor who manages it (assuming it is the same as when I was there...)
What a waste of time the CEO has created...
Honeywell says "well we expect people will be quitting due to not being able/willing to physically deal with wonderful Phoenix traffic during rush hour so. We figure you'll see a reduced flow of traffic to/from Honeywell eventually. We tend to let these things sort of work themselves out."
