Is it me or do others feel the same? Overpaid blue badges doing simple work is a total waste of money. We need to be better about this no one is being held responsible for allowing this.

There should be pilot programs where no managers are involved everyone has a roll in the group if one fails everyone fails if all succeed everyone wins.

Hold management accountable start chopping management heads and force them to do their job. We need to take our company back enough is enough. Way to many managers sitting on their a---es. Why not eliminate the manager position and each group who is not performing call out the lazy people bringing the group down. Nothing worse than being the center of attention for negative performance.

Let's just admit this is an Indian company, move this thing to Bangalore and call it a day. The company could save 75% of its real estate holdings in the USA (cha-ching), save a ton of money on payroll (cha-ching), keep its profits in India (cha-ching) and make Wall Street ecstatic. Instant 20% jump in stock price.
The product will be crap and the quality will suffer but it will be a good 2-3 years before the market catches up, the stock price dives and Huwaei takes over.
The famous deadwood clan will always be here to stay.

It's because in reality no one cares I can see it in everyone's faces. Some are making money and some are just surviving to get by. The ones that make the most noise for the most part are the ones who really don't care it's all a show with a hidden trick up their sleeve.
