I'm sure they will keep this tactic going. Every two months check to see how many thousand jobs have been eliminated by this RIF method 30 or 40 each week at different sites. They like to make the employees paranoid.
That is Oracle way. Small number in multiple time. So don't need to report to government.
Anyone knows the number of employees at Burlington site? It's been hit several times in recent months.
