They will do it Q4 and not make the same mistake as Jan's having to pay out MIP money for 2015 performances
I heard 5% this round. Also heard it may be put off until Q1 that way they save not buying off vacation and pay 13 weeks sev. Versus 26 weeks but they round have all that holiday osy unless they have another RIF, who knows
I heard the original plan was for around 20%, we have had approx. 2%, 2% and 10%. That would leave about 4-6% for the Dec RIF I'm predicting.
I would think we'll get through this next RIF then worry more snout another furlough this year. I'm hearing 5 to 7% this RIF but it may not be over with that number
