I've been with Honeywell for many years. In fact we were purchased by Allied Signal and then merged with Honeywell. I do not ever remember signing a non compete or non-disclosure agreement. Is there a way to find out for sure if one was signed without tipping off HR? I'm band 3 and do not know if it is required to sign a non-compete agreement.

(Not legal advice) if you're a band 3 you aren't valuable enough to the company for them to pursue legal action against you.
