It's official now, massive job cuts. GM is laying off 1200 people in Ohio and another 800 in Michigan. Expect notifications soon, as they have said it will all be done by January. Everyone upset here.

it is just 3rd shift temporary layoff...95% pay anway not to work....also they will move all to truck plant

Yeah, and our spinless little management waited till election to be done to announce this terrific news. Just repulsive.
