Strength of the dollar comes into play also when exporting products to China and India. A lot to gain by moving more work. More and more suppliers will be in China as well.
They kept a group on for 6 mo to transfer the product to India. That's how they do it. Saving tons on salaries. They can hire 10 India Masters and Phd for price of couple US.

Agree. My group got RIF highly profitable area theres no rationale to cost cutting. Whole teams axed.
