Why haven't HR announced the 2 new VP's to the rest of the business, you know we would find out and still the rest of us out there are not allowed to promote people in our product lines

Upper structure of management are constantly moving around, be it a VP one month or a Director the next its the same old names looking after each other any emails congratulating them on their promotions which only they must read, the workers at the bottom on reduced pay and pension and no hope of promotion prefer to just hit the email delete key.
