It's not JF. It's Oracle culture. HW is a commodity, Oracle cannot Sales HW like they sell SW. You cannot think that your HW is the only game in town. Oracle customers are fed up with the high price and sh--ty self service with MOS. Having a bad reputation is not a way to get back in the door. Customers are not buying HW from Oracle because they are too pricey with sub-par service because Oracle outsourced most of Support to cheap labor countries.
